New for 2022, Mossberg is proud to release a new line of high-performance turkey shotguns. This is a high performance gas operated auto-loading shotgun that handles the full range of 2-3/4" and 3" shotshells. This optics ready shotgun features a fiber optic front sight, and a receiver that comes pre-cut and ready for installation of Shield RMSc footprint red dot sights. A cover plate is also included for when using the 940 Pro Turkey without an optic. This shotgun features a highly durable gas system which allows for up to 1500 shells to be fired between cleanings. Corrosion resistant internal parts such as a nickel boron coated gas piston, mag tube, hammer, and sear make this shotgun one tough son of a gun. An enlarged and beveled loading port, prolonged elevator, and anodized follower aid in smooth operation round after round. The synthetic stock is self-draining, has an adjustable length of pull, and adjustable cast and drop at comb with the use of incremental stock shims. If you need a top-quality turkey gun from a reputable manufacturer, Mossberg's 940 Pro Turkey is sure to have the toms gobbling with fear!
